Cancellation/Refund Policy
1. No Refunds on Artworks
Once the artwork has been approved for sale and purchase by the customer, no refunds will be allowed thereafter.
2. Cancellation of Private Art Classes
Failure to meet the terms and conditions stated on the refund policy will result in no compensation for the client. The cancellation period will expire after 7 days from the day classes begin for the student. A refund for the tuition paid will be guaranteed through an online bank transfer to the name of the customer's account. Cash payments can be refunded if the original payment was made in cash. 3. Information for Refund/Cancellation
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via email at [email protected] your name, shop/business, phone number, a copy of your registration form and email address to confirm your decision to cancel your subscription/tuition/class by a clear statement.
4. The Cancellation Deadline
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication via email concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
5. Effects of cancellation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, that result from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer) immediately and at the latest 7 days from the day we received your notification of your revocation of this contract. For the refund, we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case.
6. Revocation of cancellation
If you wish to revoke your cancellation of classes, send an email to [email protected] with your name, contact number, email address and a clear statement of wishing to continue business with me.
7. Attendance policy for classes
Once you are registered for classes, absence from class does not mean you are entitled to a refund. A refund will only be allowed within the refund period (Seven business days after the beginning of your first class) and once all the necessary information has been provided. Again, you will not be reimbursed if you fail to attend classes after the refund period.
8. Account policy for refund
Refunds will only be paid to the bank account with the same name as the registered customer/customer's legal guardian. For refunds of cash payments, a meeting will only be arranged between the registered customer/customer's legal guardian and me. This is to protect the customer and myself from any kind of scam/ fraud/neglect.
