Terms and Conditions
Certificates given out by the establishment are to state participation in the course and are not by any means officially accredited certificates. Art Studio with Ariana is not an accredited establishment that is authorized to give out official certification. Art Studio with Ariana is a privately conducted online visual art classes offered by Ariana Harry-Paul, operating on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype or Google Classrooms. Art Studio with Ariana has no correlation and is not affiliated to these companies or to the government and is an independent private business of itself.
1. Regulations for Registration of Virtual Art Class
Each entrant must fill out and email a registration form and a sign-up sheet for the classes. The email must include the:
- Student's Name
- Name of the customer (the person's account to which the classes are being charged)
- Telephone number of the Student/Student's Legal Guardian
Registration will be completed once all payments have been made to Ariana Harry-Paul. Payments can be made to my bank account. Please contact me at +1 868 356-5704 for more information on how you can pay online or if you wish to make a cash payment.

Electronic receipts will be sent as a scan to the customer as proof of payment for registration.
2. Interaction with users and service providers
- You will not use the Platform or provide the Services in any manner that harasses a user of the Platform or another tutor or could otherwise interfere with any other party's use or enjoyment of the Platform. You will respect the privacy of users of the Platform and will not use the Platform for unwelcome, rude or abusive communications or in any other disrespectful or detrimental manner.
- Any users who treat the staff/ other students in an offensive manner will be asked to resign from taking part in online classes.
- Avoid having a noisy and distracting background while showing your camera on the virtual class.
- You will be asked to turn on your camera sometime throughout classes depending on the requirements of the class. Please let the tutor know if you are unable to do so for a specific reason.
- You will be required to be muted while the tutor is conducting classes. You will be prompted to turn your mic on in specific times when appropriate. This is to avoid distracting background noises from disrupting classes.
3. Fees for Online Art Classes
Registration will be completed once all payments have been made to Ariana Harry-Paul. Payments can be made to my bank account. Please contact me at +1 868 356-5704 for more information on how you can pay online or if you wish to make a cash payment.
You must be up to date with all payments before beginning classes.
